RAINY DAYS

First of all Arthur's health bulletin ! He is his old self again, plenty of energy and full of didoes in his head, ready for execution. In fact he (already) discovered that a white cord hangs down from his botty like a horse tail with short hairs and that itself is something marvelous to him. He tries to catch it and again and again, but without success, this €@#%@ thing is uncatchable and as laugh is always on the looser, I laugh my head off.

After having been spoilt with the weather for more then a month, every day warm and sunshine, now since Arthur is allowed to go out again, it rains cats and dogs and it's cold. So the whole little cat family stays inside.

and as I cannot go out either, besides writing I take the opportunity to make pictures of him while he sleeps. Above is a closer view on the now worldwide known tail !

As you can see he is not traumatized and sleeps like a bear in hibernation.

He also "agreed" in his sleep to pose with my motherday gift (below), which Mr. Gattino has bought for good services to the cats.

Isn't that a beautiful wooden cat ?

Pookie too does her 24 h marathon sleep and as she works for me on my blogWriter Cramps, she didn't complain at all when I took these pictures to decorate my posts

For all present or upcoming subjects.

I offered myself these two little watches, one indicating US time and one Australian time in order to be always aware when people sleep or should sleep.

Before posing correctly Pookie had first to check what could be under the Sunflower doll skirt. Probably she thought it was a scottish one.

Still not convinced to come a little closer, but it's already OK

Now you know how we spend rainy days !

If you havn't done it yet, please read some COT group (why not Cat at Tuesday) informations here !!!

I'm glad his limp tail doesn't bother Arthur. It must be a strange sight, though, to watch it just flop around when he walks.
Hope you have a lovely week.
Take care, Meow

Hi Gattina,

As I left a comment here few weeks back, I don't intend to be a member since I've no cat, but I love to play, not because I hunt for comments, but it's simply because I'm a meme freak that needs not to always get comments & I love sharing some cat info. Hehe. Hope that's fine with you?

pookie is such an able personal assistant. what would you do without her to help you with all your writing and photography, i wonder? i do hope she earns a satisfactory wage...

I can't believe he let you put that on his tail! Sophia would have eaten me alive.

So, can Pookie now inform us all as to what garment, if any, is really under a Scotsman's kilt?

So glad that Arthur has found a new toy that he will never lose under he sofa. I love the picture of it with the bow and flower!

Arthur, I'm glad that you are doing better. :) My mom thinks you look very handsome with the flowers decorating your tail and your head. :) Pookie, you also look lovely. Did you figure out what the sunflower doll was for?

I am glad to see that Arthur's tail is doing better... what a cute flower on his person. My cats do NOT sleep that deeply... one sense of the flower and they would be awake and gone.

Oh these lovely photos...I´m glad Arthur is feeling better
Have a nice Tuesday !!!

Gattina, I just love the way you write...you are so humorous and I love to have a laugh. Poor Arthur...with a flower on his tail, he might get called names!

I hope he doesn't have to be de-tailed.

I love your wooden cat...a reward for service to cats! Lol...I like that!

It's nice that you have a clock with Australian time on it...that makes us feel special...thank you.

Hope you, Mr Gattino and the cat family have a lovely week.

Oh my goodness I can't believe Arthur let you put that fun sunflower bow in his tail!
He must be a very sound sleeper.
I am glad to hear he and his tail is doing better.

Pooky is adorable and I just laughed so hard at the... "She probably she thought it was a Scottish Sunflower doll skirt"
LOL!

By the way I really like your wood kitty you got for mothers day.
It looks like a tall version of this green glass kitty I have had since I was 8 years old. I will have to show a picture about it next cat Tuesday post.

I like all the pictures and wish I had a flower to wear on my chest because I am a tuxedo and it would look awesome! The lady said I could leave a note for Gattina about how I could only post a little note today because of her Project and won't have time to Visit other Cats, which is unfair!!! But if anyone wants to read my poetry they can!!

Love Flat Cat xxx
