CATS ON TUESDAY

CATS ON TUESDAY

Thanks to heaven, I am shortsighted !! Without my glasses I see the world blurr and beautiful. So I wasn't surprised at all when I wanted to go to the basement and saw something strange on the footmat.

A dead rat ! I ran into my room, as if the rat would follow me, put the glasses on my nose, fetched my camera and immortalized this event ! It was the very first time since the 37 years we live in this house that I saw a rat ! I tell you, the end of the world is near !

I suspect that this innocent cat now completely exhausted must have been the killer ! Rosie is far too small to catch such a big prey. Mr. G. with a disgusted face burried the rat in the bin.

As lately the sun is shining everyday, but it is very cool outside, Rosie devides her days in two !

In the morning she lays on the radiator and watches over the garden,

in the afternoon she enjoys the sunshine outside, and greated me when I took these pictures.

Kim finally seems to have decided to stay more and more inside. As she still considers Pookie as her mother, she would only sleep besides her.

happily laying side by side, but no way to catch her to take her to the groomer !

Pookie too doesn't support no other cat but Kim being so close to her. She is more a human lap cat (not top)

Arthur the rat-catcher! Love that picture of Rosie, she looks like a very small vampire... and how lovely to see Pookie and Kim together (I cut a large chunk of matted fur from Posky the other day - next time I'm getting a bald cat).

Pookie and Kim make a lovely couple. Kim must be deciding she can't face another winter outside.
Four cats and a rat gets in? those cats aren't earning their keep. The rat should have been chased next door.

Bonjour dear Gattina and kitties!
wow no chances for the poor rat! hihihihi
You know...I think I need to do an internship with them to learn how to hunt, I confess I'm not good with this stuff! MOL
And yesterday my mom had to kill a fly that entered in the house! I was busy at the time taking my peaceful nap here.
I'm sleeping a lot nowadays trying not be so upset, because I miss a lot my sister Marina. She moved to England, she is studying at Portsmouth University and the house here is so quiet and sad! :(

Love your pictures dear friends and I love you all!

We thought it was Rosie who caught the rat but couldn't manage to carry it upstairs to Pookie's water bowl. MOL!
Good luck trying to catch Kim to bring her to the groomer! Hahaha.

That is quite a hunting achievement by Arthur. The pictures of Pookie and Kim together are very sweet. And we like the shot of Rosie with her big teeth.

Looks like Arthur is exhausted after his exertions!

Iiijjk. I hate rats and even mice scare me. Our Amidala is a clever mouse hunter, and she too wants to bring her trophies indoors for us to admire.
That's when I flee the scene.
King Arthur is a true hero, to save you from a beast like that.

Wow, who knew that Arthur had it in him to catch and kill a rat? Good job, Arthur!

We want to catch a rat too! But there is no rats in the house, just geckos. And mummy is not happy whenever we caught a gecko.
