Spring has moved in, and my cats slowly get out of their winter lethargy !
To my relief, Arthur started to use the bark again as loo, he used the litter box only, because he was to lazy or it was to rainy to go out !
One morning when I went to the kitchen I discovered a poo in the middle of the kitchen ! I was very upset because I thought that one of the cats starts now to poo in the house, although I thought that they have no bowel problems as the poo was so nicely shaped. On a closer look I realized that it wasn't a poo, but a sausage Arthur had stolen during the night from the bowl I had left on the stove and had forgotten to cover it and put it in the fridge ! Apparently the sausage was not to his taste, because he only had one bite ! Now we have one sausage to share !
Pookie becomes more and more talkative and as she can't jump on my bed anymore she sits there meowing loud to wake me up, if ever I dare to sleep a little longer ! She had never done this before. She becomes an old lady.
This was the view I had when laying in my bed Rosie suddenly decided to go under cover !
She loves my new computer, it's easier now to walk on my desk and leave paw prints on it. The old one was with a standing screen !

My human is rather nearsighted - and you would not believe the things she has mistaken for a kitty, um, "accident."
Our Mum laughed and laughed about the sausage accident. Looks like Rosie is going to have a very long nap under the covers.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Loud meowing to wake the dead is what older cats seem to do. At night Charlotte calls louder than she ever does in the day. There are pages and pages about this on Google but no real answer.
Those kind of "poo" won't have lasted very long at our home! MOL!
Pookie needs a step stool...maybe she won't meow at you early in the morning :)
I did laugh at the poo. Naughty Arthur could have at least eaten it. I agree with Terri's comment, Pookie needs a little stool.
I am very glad it was a sausage and not a poo. Our boys are only guilty of pooing out of the litter box if I am neglect in changing the litter and in that case I can't really blame them!
Have a good day
Much better that it was a sausage! MOL! :)
It's sad that Pookie doesn't come on the bed anymore. I know she does not use the ramp that Mr. G. made, but maye a stool, or some steps?
Hugs to all of you. :) {{{hugs}}}
What sweet cats ^(*.*)^
Greetings :)
Love the sausage story. I was cooling chicken late last night. Put the hot chicken in a bowl in part of a sink of water. Came back to find Micah leaning over and helping himself to the cooled chicken.
Pookie is so cute, waking you up! Maybe she wNts to sleep with you. And naughty Arthur for stealing the sausage. So cute too
