CATS ON TUESDAY

CATS ON TUESDAY

It looks as if spring has definitively moved in, at least the warm and sunny weather continues.

Arthur checks the temperature each morning before deciding to go out or not.

But this is pure routine, because nothing holds him back to sit on the neighbor's garden shed and watch over all of us, or just sitting in the sunshine and listening to bird songs. The birds are fortunately invisible, because Arthur is a terrible bird catcher !

For the moment Pookie only supports Arthur to share her afternoon nap on Mr. G's bed, and the poor man complains that he can't do a nap anymore because his bed is occupied.

Rosie loves to look out of the window to see what is going on but she also loves to go outside, but mostly during the night and then she brings a homeless mouse into the house, to play with it and then forget about it. Therefore we housed a mouse for two days together with 4 cats, until finally Mr. G. wanting to safe the mouse's life closed the living completely and only left the french window and the stores open, to create a mouse flap. Unfortunately he hadn't noticed that Rosie was also locked in the living so in the morning he found a offended Rosie jumping out of the room through his legs and a dead mouse under the dining table.

Two days later he found a mouse head in one of the food bowls. I think we should rename sweet Rosie to Killer Rosie.

Kim has disappeared and sleeps somewhere outside, she only comes in for food during the night.
This bothers me very much because I can't catch her to take her to the groomer, which is more than necessary !

There is certainly a lot of activity at your place! Rosie is an awesome hunter.

Arthur everyone should follow your example and just look out the window to see what the weather will be before leaving the house and not rely on the weather reporters who always get it wrong.

Poor mouse. In trying to safe it's life, instead it just sealed it's doom.
We have LOTS of sun puddles today. What a stark contrast of yesterday which was dark and gloomy and rainy.
We hope you catch Kim very soon and get her to the groomers!

My, Rosie has a real taste for mice to be such an avid hunter of them! Arthur reminded me of some of our cats sunning themselves. We had a *very* mild winter this year. It's been like having spring for the last three months!

Looks like spring has fully arrived there. It is quite rainy here, and we mostly want to lie around and nap like Arthur and Pookie in that one picture.

Hallo Gattina,
der schneeweiße Arthur sieht aus wie der Osterhase in der grünen Wiese. Es ist wirklich ein prächtiges Katzenwetter.
Schöne Grüße, Johanna

We are having lovely weather here at the moment but it is set to change later in the week. Rosie is a great hunter and Arthur the explorer. I hope you catch elusive Kim soon as she will feel better for grooming... Hugs GJ xx

We would like to come and live with you so we could explore the outdoors! Here we have coyotes so it's too dangerous. We'd like to get as many mice as Rosie.

That Rosie could teach Austin a thing or two about hunting!!!

My human is training me to catch mice to no avail. But hey, woof, I have no plans to catch anything right?
