This weekend we changed to so said "Daylight saving" or Summertime.

It didn't bother my cats at all, as Arthur shows in this picture

They didn't even realize that they got their breakfast one hour later !

The sun had come out for an hour or so

which allowed Rosie to sit in the bushes for the very first time this year !

She also took the opportunity to eat some grass, which of course she barfed later on a carpet ! I can't train her to barf on the tiles !

Arthur was playful around the garden shed and tried to jump on Rosie which didn't work

Pookie, although becoming skinny because of her age (16) still eats like a horse

she still grooms herself and takes a sunbath as soon as the sun is coming out. So I think she is in good health because her fur too is still shiny.

The rest of the week I had my usual dormitory in the house, it rained and all cats were spread over the house sleeping on various beds or in other places.

I can tell all your kitties have spring fever!

Rosie is surveying her property to see what has changed over winter.
Of course she has to barf on the carpet. It's not possible to get claw traction on tiles.

Oh Rosie we so agree that carpet is the only place to have a satisfactory barf.
Mum is thinking of having the carpet taken up and a wooden floor put down so we may have to think of where barfing can be done to make the maximum mess!!

You all look like you're enjoying the nice weather.

Have you gotten Pookie's thyroid checked? @ of my older cats recently got diagnosed- they were eating a lot and losing weight.

Hooray for the warmer weather and the chance to enjoy the outdoors! :)

The pictures of Arthur sleeping with no regard to the time change made me laugh. LOL!

My crew simply refused to go with the time change!! Typical.

Rosie having a scratch at the garden shed is a great photo. I bet she's re-marking her territory.
Last week Raven vomited a hairball on her fancy cardboard scratcher. This is the first time she's done it there. I had to wait for everything to dry, then I took a sharp knife and cut away the dirty cardboard. Sigh!
