Instead of entertaining me, as November is already a dull month, my cats have decided to save energy and move the less possible !

Since a week I always have the same view, while watching TV,  Rosie either in deep sleep, and when she wakes up she has to groom herself from top to bottom, probably because she had dirty dreams. Fortunately there are some crimes to watch, otherwise I also would do the same, except washing on the sofa.

Arthur is not better. I think he still recovers from Toby's visit. He also has lost his appetite a little and doesn't try to jump into Mr. G's plate. Even when he offers Arthur some treats from his plate, Arthur turns his back to him and walks away. It worries me a bit, because it is not normal.

Petals drop on his back and he doesn't even realize, but I realize that I have to throw away the bouquet !

The only food he eats quiet reluctantly is Rosie's diet food. Which proves that he is intelligent enough to take care of his stomac !

The only one who moves a little bit is Pookie, who normally always sleeps. She helds long speeches, in the mornings, which probably she has copied from the American election campaign. She talks and talks and probably promises lots of mousies, but the trouble is, there are none. After that she has found a new place and takes care of the entrance as a doormat.

Rosie to show her gratefulness by decorating the water bowl with one of her toy mouse, just because there actually are no real once !

Arthur you are a worry, try to eat some mortadella or has MrG given it up? Pookie you make a very nice doormat decoration.
As for Rosie, I think she is hibernating ready for winter.
Where is Kim? Hiding again?

Are those stargazer lilies that dropped petals on Arthur? Lilies are deadly poisonous to cats and just licking off the tiniest bit of pollen can make them very ill. Lilies aside, I am concerned about Arthur. Maybe a vet visit is in order? We cats are very good at hiding their illnesses, so when it starts becoming obvious we are feeling off, it usually means something is wrong.

Goodness, I thought kitties got lazy in the hot summer, not the cool fall! silly things..
Purring that Arthur's eating picks up!

Oh dear I do hope Arthur is ok... is he going to the vet? Pookie sounds like she and Pod would get on well in the morning with their 'conversations'! At least the presidential campaign in the USA is now over so maybe they'll give us some peace! By the way, I can't see the linky, is it not working?

Ah the linky has appeared!

Oh oh. When a kitty shows disinterest in their food, that is certainly not normal and perhaps it's time to visit the vet, Arthur? I'm glad you threw the bouquet away because like Sparkle said, lilies are very very toxic to kitties.

My cats lay around most of the time too, but they do seem to have their active times as well. They like when I play with them right before bedtime or early in the morning.

We all hope Arthur is okay. It's always a worry when they don't act as they normally do. We've all been getting pretty lazy here, too, with the cooler weather upon us. We like Pookie's campaign promises!

Poor Arthur, please do take him to his vet for check-up.
Pookie looks very comfortable on the mat.

We love all those sleeping positions by Rosie. She is quite accomplished! Arthur, please eat a little more, so that Gattina is not worried. Maybe some mortadella? Pookie, why are there no mice? Maybe you caught them all, or they have finally become wise enough to stay away? Hugs to you all, and to Kim, too! :)

Poor Arthur, we hope he is back to his normal self soon.

The pictures of Rosie sleeping are very cute.

den Katzen geht es wie uns. Bei diesem Wetter bleiben wir lieber drin und machen es uns gemütlich. Wer hat denn die Stoffmaus im Wassernapf ersäuft?
Liebe Grüße, Johanna

Has it been over a year since we last checked in?
