I am back and found my little cat family in a very good shape ! I think Mr. Gattino gave them far too much to eat because Arthur looks now like a thick snow ball with a collar.

When I arrived home only Lisa greated me, and went immediately to an empty bowl. Love goes through the stomac !

and then she went back for a little nap. That was it !

This was the last picture I took from Arthur, washing besides my packed suitcase, he came after a while (also for food probably and not for me) and allowed me to pet him. His tail is unfortunately unchanged and more then half of it still hangs down. But he showed me that now he loves to play with it and turned around chasing his tail.

Pookie slept when I arrived and didn't move. She really showed me that she was angry about my absence. She didn't purr and looked offended. Only about 2 h later she finally came to me and then rolled on the carpet to show me that finally she is happy that I am back. The whole night she slept besides my head and purred this morning like a little sewing machine.

Kim sat on the table and when she saw me she run away ! Probably she didn't recognize me any more ! Today it's already better.

Next week I have to call for little Rosel I suppose that now she has grown a lot !

Yea! You're back! I hope you had a wonderful trip and much to tell us! Did you take lots of pictures?
I know seeing your kitty's again was great and it sounds like you were appropriately punished for being away for so long! Of course now you're going to be followed around endlessly! Welcome home!

Of course you're going to be punished for going away. Cats do not like that sort of carry on at all.

Glad to see you back, Gattina and really, deep down, your cat family is happy to see you back, too. They can't help it, they have to show disapproval but...they do get over it, don't they?

You've got a wonderful cat family! And yes, Arthur does look quite a bit like me. *giggling* at "snowball in a collar" from your comment on my blog!

Purrs and snuggles from Marilyn.

always the cats are so offended that we would dare to go away and leave them! how could we DO such a thing! lol

lisa, like emma -- will give us a quick hello and then straight to the empty food bowl. then back to her sleeping! she missed us of course, but must not show us too much of her feelings on the matter. those two really are (as we say) peas in a pod!

Of course your cats must show their disapproval of your going away. They will soon be all over you, glad to have you back.
