HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSIE !

Rosie was born on May 5, 2007. When I saw her first she was a week old and you see her here with her mom. 6 weeks later I picked her up and she moved in very much to Arthur's pleasure ! Finally he had somebody to play with because the "old" girls were too lazy for that.

Today Rosie is 4 years old, remained quite little and often is still taken for a kitten. She is the smallest cat in my little cat family.

CATS ON TUESDAY

From time to time I need some cash in my wallet and while taking a 50 € bill, it fell on the floor.

Pookie thought it was for her and as she loves to play with paper, she jumped on it right away. Maybe I should have been a generous person and let her play with the bill, but then I thought that's a quite expensive toy and took it away from her. She wasn't very happy about that !

Rosie watched us and was scandalized !

After her game with the bill, she continued her spring sleep which she had started after her winter sleep. She spends her time mostly on Mr. G.'s bed.

Arthur has found a new occupation that means to do his grooming while Mr. G plays cards. Sometimes that gives strange results. The cards disappear, another program shows up and when he scratches himself the whole desk moves and Mr. G gets dizzy. But he would never disturb his darling, so he is complaining to me but I shut my ears. After 41 years of marriage you learn that !

As the weather keeps on being warm and sunny, Rosie likes to join Kim in the garden. She tries to play with her, but Kim just doesn't know what playing means, she just sits there or goes away. She really is strange.

CATS ON TUESDAY

CATS ON TUESDAY

When I arrived home from France on Friday afternoon, the only one who greeted me when I got out of the car was Mr. Arthur.

He welcomed me by rolling at my feet and seemed to be happy about my return after 6 days of absence.

Kim lay as usual in the grass and wondered what I am doing there when I tried to call her to say hello. I bed she hadn't even noticed that I wasn't home, as long as she has Mr. G. to fill in her stomac.

Pookie just lay on her back to say hello, but didn't find it worthwhile to get up and prowl around my legs.

Rosie peeked from under the table just to see who was there before she jumped down to say a little meow.

Then they all gathered in the garden (except Pookie of course) to held a meeting about how to behave now to show their disapproval, except Arthur who was happy because Mr. G. gives him everything he wants.

But during the night Rosie purred and purred in my ear and woke me up several times with sweet little, but wet kisses and was surprised that I wasn't so happy about it. I even dared to push her away ! What a crime.

Please don't forget to visit each other !
