CATS ON TUESDAY - Bird chirping

CATS ON TUESDAY

Mr. G. once again, had a good idea to amuse his cats. He bought a ceramic bird which chirped when you move something, and was looking forward happily to see the cat's reactions.

There was none ! The bird chirped to wake up the whole neighbourhood, but our cats weren't impressed at all ! Rosie smelled at it, found it boring and fall asleep again. Even the shy Kim wasn't bothered at all and just had a curious look. Pookie too sniffed at the chirping bird and

gave it this disdainful look. Mr. G. was very disappointed and put the bird now at our entrance. So if you come to our house and I open the door you will be greated by a chirping bird !

I have this microwave for almost one year, and Arthur never was interested in this thing. But then I discovered him sitting on it and then checking inside what had been cooked. In fact I had grilled a piece of chicken and probably he wanted to help me cleaning. Fortunately he didn't fit inside. Knowing him that would have been a wonderful new napping place.

Miss Rosie still needs a decoration on her food, otherwise it's not good. I don't mind if it is a toy mouse but a real one is not so nice !

Chicken? Did we hear someone said chicken? Purrrr that must be juicy and tasty!

Sorry to hear about Tchoppy.

Oh I know that bird. I saw it in a shop here too.
It is has a very loud voice. Great to awake a tried cat.
Great that Arthur found out what happens in the microwave.
I like Rosies pink decoration. she is a real girlie!
I missed the post of Tchoppy, sorry.
Poor Tchoppy. He was a beautiful cat.
Sending some comforting hugs to Ilona. We know how sad it is to loose a beloved cat.

I had to laugh when I read about the chirping bird. Neither of my cats respond to things like that. They just look at me funny!

I think the cats would like the chirpy bird if it moved, tie a string
and pull it around maybe they'll like
it better! Lol, The things we do to
entertain our feline friends....
Right? Love your decorated blog, those Santa hat pictures are so fun!
Rest in Peace Tchoppy you'll be missed by all who loved you.

Cats almost rather have toys that aren't real toys, just stuff.

Oh Dear Gattina,
your cats are really funny. They rule the whole home business - no doubt.

The loss of our common cat-lovers best cat-friend ever, is really emotional.

btw. I'll be away until Sunday. Stompa is back where he belongs since Saturday. I did have a post ready about it, but my Internet-line was broken during the weekend and most of Monday... grrrrr.

And when we suddenly had 6 kittens, well then it's the braking news.

We like simple toys. When Mom buys us things that chirp or make noise - no one pays attention! We are so sorry to hear about Tcheupi - we lost our brother Manny like that. It was so quick. Boy cats can get blockages so easily and you never know.

ROFL, poor Mr. G--it figures the cats wouldn't pay attention to his chirping bird! :P Got a laugh both from Arthur's fascination with the microwave and Rosie needing to decorate her food!

Please send Ilona cyber hugs from me. It's especially hard to lose a fur baby around the holidays.

We have a frog that croaks when movement is near. We could care less. We think it is very cute how the toy mouse goes in the food dish. We put our scary bug toy in our food bowl sometimes.. Our mama loves it when we do silly things like that.

We are sad about Tchoppy, he was very handsome. We know it takes a long time to feel happy again. Hang onto your happy memories of him.

Arthur is such an adventurous cat. Chicken must be one of his favourite food.
