Here, it is the law to clean up after your dog, but why do you have a dog if you take it out to use other people's property as a toilet. Mom says that sometimes she is tempted to collect our kitty litter and toss it in their yards!

Ooopsy, Rosie! I'm going to remind the hounds not to leave pee-mails in your post. They thought it was a sweet gesture to let you know that they came to visit you. But I agree. The smell can be very Baaaad.
The best part is you can go inside where the smells are all cat and nobody else's!
