IT'S SPRING ! (or almost)

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

CATS ON TUESDAY

While Lisa was meditating about what she could eat next,

Pookie watched Rosie and Arthur who had gone out in the garden for the first time this year ! It was spring weather, the sun shining and it was warm.

For Rosie it was really new. Last year she had been a little outside, only very close to me but this time she wanted to discover the whole garden.

She went behind the garden house and then jumped on the fence

She had never been on a fence and balanced herself with proud she seemed to shout "hey Arthur come up its so nice up here " !

But Arthur was busy elsewhere. He had to check if somebody was there and then ....

there was a lovely smell he just had to roll in it

What a feeling ! Inspired by the good smell, he did his business in the sunshine and the fresh air

and not in the dark basement on a litterbox ! (Note that he still can't put his tail up completely, I think it will remain like this. In May it will be one year that the bad black cat had bitten him in the tail)

After this nice excursion they came back happily and Arthur kissed his Rosie on the forehead it was soooo nice playing together outside !

  1. This is so cute! They are in love, aren't they? I can't believe it there: it is so green. Things obviously have been growing well. It will be June before green is that lush here. But that's OK, I love this weather!

  10. We think you are all very brave to go outside like that! We only go outside on our harnesses or in our stroller because it's not safe for us out there.

  18. I love how they come alive in Spring! They are so lucky to have that so early. As you can tell today, we still are in the throes of deep snowy winter and my one cat just wants to stay inside and EAT and SLEEP!

I love how your cats all get along but do their own thing!

I'm back with the program this week!

I love your photos of Arthur and Rosie in the garden. Are those leaves emerging on that tree in front of the fence? How nice that spring starts so early there!

  33. How nice of you to take a picture of Arthur peeing! I imagine he appreciated being watched and have his picture published to the world! My cats are all safe in the big world outside too. They are all too fat for the eagle and owls to carry off, and we live on a quiet street and have a big corner lot with lots of grass and orchards to explore without getting into the street.

You all look like you're enjoying the lovely weather! We had some pretty weather today here, too -- I enjoyed it by stretching out on the windowsill and letting the sunshine warm my fur, *smile*.
