A SHORT WAKE-UP FROM WINTERSLEEP

Weekend Cat Blogging is being held by
Katie and Puddy at A Byootaful Life

The Carnival of the Cats is going to be with the "Meowers of Death"When Cats Attack on Sunday.

We had a visitor and Arthur was delighted ! The whole day he had slept or watched Rosie from above the table but was too lazy to participate. So Rosie did her best to seduce him but without any success.

The visitor was a man who had to replace an old radiator. Arthur found it very interesting, especially the case with all the tools in it. Of course he had to jump inside and check its content. The man was a little worried and looked at me "Does he scratch ?" I said no, no, he is a very friendly cat. The guy wasn't assured and looked at Arthur with suspicious eyes. Arthur didn't bother, after having inspected the tools he jumped in the carton where the radiator had been.

The carton and Arthur fell on the floor. The man jumped nervously back. He stood there with a screwdriver in his hand and didn't move anymore. I was afraid that he would leave me here with the new radiator unfixed and proposed him to take Arthur away. The poor man nodded and I took a very offended and struggling Arthur into the kitchen and locked the door. Poor Arthur he wasn't used to people afraid of him and didn't understand the world anymore.

When the man had left the door was still open so for once they all went out except Lisa and Pookie.

They all took some fresh air but it wasn't long until they all came in to fall into their wintersleep again !

I start to have enough to see only sleeping cats !

I have 5 cats and they should entertain me, but what are they doing ? THEY SLEEP !

As many are complaining that their cats are only sleeping whole day, I made this award for our sleeping marathon cats. Please feel free to pick it up for your cat.

I love your slideshows! And a very cute award. Mine go through stages of very playful and dead to the world sleep days.

Yes, we enjoy your slideshows as well :).

Visitors can certainly be fascinating - Luna usually hides from strangers, though. Maybe the new home layout will encourage her to watch visitors...

I love your slide shows too! I think a feather teaser would bring your sleeping beauties out of hibernation. The one I have has a little bell on it and I just give it a shake and they all wake up and come a-running! :)

Poor Arthur - you're just a big fluffy teddycat. How could anyone find you scary? We love the slideshows, and the fact that everycat ends up back inside sleeping.

Hi Arthur, I am trying to visit all the members of the M~cat club. I am not used to people being afraid of me either. Usually I am afraid of strangers.
